Are the temps as bad as people say, or is it just because people buying these don't realize that gaming laptops get really hot under load?
Whenever I see people complain about it getting hot I wonder if it's just someone that expects to be able to play cyberpunk with it in their lap..
What are the temps like when just web browsing? And is it possible to play less demanding games (like The Sims for example) with lower temps or does it just get hot regardless

ASUS has their gaming laptops always in turbo mode. There are ways to disable it which reduces the heat. I am using it now, playing a game in 1440p, chatting on the internet here and watching HULU. My temps are between 75 and 85. You just have to tweak some settings. i even posted a video in a previous thread and I will post it again here. There are many resources with different ways of controlling the temps.I really think people don't realize gaming laptops run hot. I purchased the m16 before this, but it got hotter and crashed while gaming. This one doesn't.. https://youtu.be/u5dUZ8oRS4s
