If you can't feel the bags in person to determine what they are before buying, these boxes of 6 are the next best thing as they give you 6 unique figures about 90% of the time. I think it's supposed to be 100% of the time but whatever method they use to package them gives a single duplicate every now and then.

Yeah it looks to be one of those blind bag situations. For what it's worth Brickseek is showing these as $1.50 in-store assuming you could find them.

These came out 5/1/22, almost a full year ago. I'm not saying it's impossible, but the likelihood of someone finding these in store is very low, unless they find 1 or 2 that had gotten lost at some point. Much more likely to find the current series 24 minifigs which a lot of Walmarts have also had on clearance for $3 and $1.50.

FWIW, there are resellers on ebay and such which will guarantee you which ones you get. I assume they buy in bulk and feel out the bags or something.

I got my muppet-fan spouse a full set for only a few bucks over retail when they all launched through one of them, so if you're looking for something specific you may just want to buy what you want that way.

Must be new to the minifigure game. A lot of people enjoy the hunt. And as long as you're not incredibly serious about getting a specific one or the complete set, it's fun not knowing.
