Have been using this exact table for my Ooni Koda 16 for a year now. I leave the table and oven covered under a regular grill cover outside on my open deck. The oven on top shelf and the propane tank on the bottom. Been through a hot and humid mid-Atlantic Summer and well almost non-existent Winter. Zero rust thus far. Definitely had water and condensation collect on the top and bottom shelves. Would highly recommend.
I was thinking of getting the 48" when it was $100 but some of the reviews mention that it rusts.
The legs and the bottom shelf do rust. The top is stainless. You just have to make sure it is in a place without too much moisture and polish the legs and lower shelf periodically. It is a cheap table all in all.

Thinking about grabbing this for my Ooni pizza oven, I wonder how it will hold up being left on covered patio.
from the sounds of the other comments so far, sounds pretty predictable that it will rust, specifically the legs and the bottom shelf. I'd suggest you to keep looking or to googlemachine something similar that you may be able to do DIY and possibly even out of wood, at least for the legs and a lower shelf, if that fits your needs.

I have several of this style of table that I purchased from a restaurant supply store - looks identical. I imagine they're all the same manufacturer. They haven't been exposed to water directly, but there's no sign of rust on them being stored for a couple years in a warehouse without climate control in Florida about 2 miles from the ocean. Lots of other things rust pretty readily...
They're also surprisingly sturdy. They'd hold a 100lb overpriced chopping block (on the surface) without a problem. The shelf is held in place with some set screws and can't hold that much weight.

Also helps to degrease it and then use a paste wax to block moisture…
