FYI women's sizing is almost the same as men's. Maybe a bit tighter around the calves and thicker around the thighs. But not by much. Think of it as a men's athletic fit.

I doubt women's M is same as men's M. In my experience, Adidas clothing for men runs way large. I'm usually L in say Puma but get S in adidas. SO maybe the best fir would be a women's M?
I have several versions of the Tiro pants. This latest version is my least favorite. It's cut looser than the previous versions. I prefer the older designs more.
