There are lots of reviews on that feature. Most find it to be very helpful, the biggest is that instead of using radio towers to set the time, they sync with your phone's clock so it's always accurate and no radio signal needed. I like that if I land in another time zone, it'll just update and I do nothing. The Bluetooth app can also set custom alarms and label them. Most you can do without a phone but it can also be much more convenient. To me the solar and Bluetooth are worth the upgrade especially at this price and with 5% Cashback.

I skimmed through a YouTube review of this watch and it looks like the Bluetooth pairs with a Casio app that allows you to set alarms, timers, reminders (5 max it looks like, can be recurring), and adjust watch settings (i.e. manual hand adjustment, power saving). The backlight is only for the LCD display and looks way too dim to view the actual time.

Doesn't seem worth it for the price and features, but interesting product nevertheless.

Nordstrom's return policy is basically like Kohl's used to be only better so there is that to consider.

For this watch specifically, how useful is the Bluetooth feature?

I have this watch in blue. Paid MSRP a few months ago and zero regrets. I used bluetooth for the initial setup and it was super easy to set the time and it auto adjusts for daylight savings time. I don't keep it connected but will quick connect when i travel as an easy way to update time.

Battery is very strong and it still shows fully charged after leaving it in the box for over a month. It's not my daily watch, but definitely a great addition to anyone's watch collection.

whats else bluetooth for? can i store and sync my "contacts" bank on it? just want to store my super secret passwords on.

Probably one of the most useful features is the 'find my phone' function. You can use a button press on the watch and it'll cause your phone to do a special alarm.
