TechPowerUP says 1 and 2 GB pseudo-SLC cache respectively.

Notice: there are two versions of the "Vortex Mushkin" one of which has DRAM Cache

Firstly:
VORTEX 1TB - MKNSSDVT1TB-D8
[with DRAM Cache]

secondly:
VORTEX LX 1TB - MKNSSDVL1TB-D8
[without DRAM Cache]

This is a damn fast drive for a very good price. Not bad at all, but I expect drives of this caliber to drop below $100 for 2TB in a few months.
