Saw these marked down to $1200 at Costco and Sams in Austin. Decided to pass and hop on one of recent C2 deals.

Yeah I'm hoping for that, tho the B2 in some ways would need to drop down to 899-999 for me to not wait for the C2 to go down to this price of this Sammy. Prices seem to crash too rapidly to not bide my time. Surely LG still has warehouses full of them.
It was 999 in some stores like microcenter

Wrong decision if you can get this for the same price and a 5 year warranty by Costco take the Samsung one. I'd tour tv fails Costco will probably just give you the comparable new model

And let me tell you I had an lg oled and my friend has the c2 we all agreed this looked better.

I have the TV and the image - beautiful. That said you REALLY will want the extended warranty. I got mine from Upsie (because they cover burn-in) but I've seen MANY reviews on Reddit complaining about the TV failing and RTINGS also had their units failed in their extended use test.

Note that the S95DB and the S95B are the SAME TV - the only difference is the DB model is a costco-exclusive and includes a webcam.
Webcam? I've never seen a TV come with one. I guess there are built in apps and use it?

Possibly. It's probably more like "what can we throw in to make it "Costco-Exclusive" and well, this webcam we make costs us just $5... let's just include it" haha.

Lol you don't own this TV. It is superior to all LG OLED in every measurable display performance metric. The one exception is the new G3 may be brighter. And for the DV statements, DV is limited by the panel. An inferior display that can process DV does not result in a superior picture. The omission is frustrating, but completely discounting the display quality based on lack of format support only shows how well marketing successfully exploits ignorance.

That's crazy, I own a Vizio and Sony OLED and none have burn-in. Do you play games on it?

Either this tv (own S95B) or the C series LG is going to be a great picture and above anything else in this price range. Also bought the Upsie warranty at that time due to the concern over new tech QD over the OLED and the really thin panel. Would have loved to have DV and moved up to 77, but for what I bought it for and for sure those who can get it for $1200, it is great.

For those who say LG is better, I certainly like their OS better. That said, rarely would we use anything built into the tv. Did the same with the old LG OLED. I do like that it has ATSC 3.0, but nothing is being broadcast different yet on the one channel we have in that.

It took many years, but my old OLED (2016) did get burn in from Dish logo (dropped Dish), their guide, and the worst was on screen mute symbol from Denon receiver. Still managed to sell it for $500 as you wouldn't notice in most regular tv viewing. I did show the burn-in to the buyer by displaying solid colors screens. But hopefully with no dish, not muting anymore, improvements to the now mature OLED tech and tv tools to combat burn in, it will not happen again. At $1200, bet you could watch for 2 years and still get a nice amount for it if you wanted to change to latest deal at that time.

Lol same here. Been wanting a OLED but waiting for a good price. Only issue I have with the ks8000 is the interface is so slow and it'll freeze sometimes.

I agree, I own the C2 and color is not as vibrant as s95B.i original bought OLED S95b first. Return due to 2k price and black not as good. C2 color isn't even close unless you viewing 4k HDR content with different 2020 color profile. Regular color profile 709 on 1080p C2 is not good. My TCL75 R655 color is way better since it's a miniQled with quantum dot technology. Haven't check out the G3 but I'm sure your 💯 correct.
