That's fine for what it is now but it will limit future upgrades
With that in mind... There are 4 DIMM slots, here is the manual [lenovo.com] along with the Product Page. [lenovo.com]
Seems like a decent deal.

The big annoyance is the locked bios. No resizeable bar. Still it's a powerful build with decent cooling for under $1200 with the swapped parts.
Thanks. Thinking about doing the exact same thing.
The main difference in a regular desktop vs a gaming PC is the video card. Most retailers classify it as a gaming PC if it has a dedicated/separate GPU, which is the "RTX 3050" here.
You don't need that if you have no intention of gaming, but it won't hurt you in the slightest to have it. You might be able to get a computer with more RAM and more hard drive space for the same price or cheaper if you skip out of the GPU is all.
And now that I'm looking... they dropped the price to $649. https://www.microcenter
Hopefully I can get $50 credit.

Don't Buy!
Recession is coming soon. PCs will be a lot cheaper.
I agree it is kind of dumb not having a standard HDMI out on motherboards that support processors with onboard graphic chipsets.
