12 in. 2300 PSI Electric Pressure Washer Surface Cleaner with Casters for $40 and free shipping. It is showing OOS but I would recommend setting up an alert for when it comes back in stock.

Mine just arrived today and I tested it out on sidewalk thats under a tree - this thing is awesome - after about 3 minutes of using it and then rinsing with just the pressure washer my side walk looks as if it was bleached but I didn't use any chemicals only water.

Using the device with wheels had a similar feeling to vacuuming and didn't feel as if I was doing any work. My neighbor has the universal greenworks without wheel and it definitely didn't feel this easy. It was easy but I did have to make multiple passes - I think if I slowed down my pace and wasn't so excited to use it more I could've been more efficient. Definitely having wheels its easy to get carried away and forget to work in reasonably sized sections/areas.

I have the electric Sun Joe SPX3000 (2030 Max PSI 1.76 GPM) - i think they mention electric because this attachment is limited to be used with 2300 PSI max machines.

The Ryobi's tend to have such mixed reviews and 90 day warranties. Seems like the greenworks models have higher reviews across various sites and have a 4 year warranty. Also currently about half the price:

No wheels - believe me it's night and day difference as I mentioned in my post. The additional $20 is worth it no question.
