12 in. 2300 PSI Electric Pressure Washer Surface Cleaner with Casters for $40 and free shipping.

Mine arrived on Monday and I tested it out on sidewalk thats under a tree - this thing is awesome - after about 3 minutes of using it and then rinsing with just the pressure washer my side walk looks as if it was bleached but I didn't use any chemicals only water. I have an electric sunjoe spx3000 (2000psi)

Using the device with wheels had a similar feeling to vacuuming and didn't feel as if I was doing any work. My neighbor has the universal greenworks without wheel and it definitely didn't feel this easy. It was easy but I did have to make multiple passes - I think if I slowed down my pace and wasn't so excited to use it more I could've been more efficient. Definitely having wheels its easy to get carried away and forget to work in reasonably sized sections/areas.

Note - HD is clearing this out for the newer model. Per the reviews the plastic arm that rotates around is susceptible to breaking and only a 90 day warranty is offered. You can add a 2 year warranty for $6.

yes it will fit - it goes were you connect the nozzle hose adapters.

I'm unsure. I would assume replacement with similar model since these are supposedly on clearance do to a new model.

Surface cleaners won't do that very well. A 15deg tip, however, will make short work of whatever's coming up.
