These, unquestionably. Pretty much the only difference between this model and the newest one is a slightly more elongated tweeter housing. FWIW, I listened to the Focal at AXPONA a few weeks ago and wasn't very impressed with it--certainly a nice speaker, but not much of a wow factor from a musical standpoint. (Of course, the room acoustics play a huge role here.) But given the choice, I'd go with the Brits over the French. Smilie

If you prefer the sound of B&W this is a pretty good price for the 7 series which IMO is their starting point.

the R11 is a closer match performance wise. the KEF are more neutral. I did a demo of the B&W not long ago and found them just a hair bright.

Other good options in this price range would be Revel, Focal or Monitor Audio.
