This is a crazy good price for TPU!
I guess it's finally time for me to start experimenting with it, as I want to be able to print RC car tires.

If anyone has advice on printer settings to use, I have an Ender 3 V2. I've upgraded to a dual gear extruder and have an all-metal hot end, but still have the Bowden setup. I know "go slow" and "minimize or eliminate retraction" but nothing more specific than that.

The TPU I use sticks too well to PEI sheets - in fact, it damaged a(n expensive) mg flex plate getting a print off; no I only print TPU on blue tape (still sticks like crazy to the tape; I probably need to get an uncoated spring steel sheet for TPU).

Bowden is going to be a challenge depending on how soft this is. I converted by CR10s to direct so I can't say too much except that most people recommend making sure you have a tight-tolerance Bowden tube, like the Capricorn (used this before I switched to direct).

It's fun stuff to play with and great for clamping devices/tools where you want a non-marring, high-friction interface (adjustable arms, mounts, etc).

Edit: this is a killer deal, I should have purchased before replying; it's already out of stock.

Heck yeah, that's a great deal. Got in on one before they sold out, appreciate it. Will be printing with my direct drive Ender 5 and will report back when I get a chance

My trick for that: spray isopropyl alcohol all around the base of the finished print and slowly work one corner. The alcohol wicks in under the part and it'll pop right off.

Thanks, I've had white/grey for a while but not black TPU. Just know that it likes to absorb water and will print much better if left in a dehydrator.

Thanks for the insight. I definitely already have Capricorn tubing, so it seems like my setup is likely as good as it can get without converting to direct.
I'm looking forward to being able to dust off my old RC car once I can make new tires for it.

I haven't used this particular TPU, but I printed a fair bit of TPU on a Bowden with a BMG clone before I moved to direct-drive. The tips you mentioned are definitely applicable on Bowden. I'll also add: if your dual geared extruder is adjustable, you'll want to loosen the clamping force on the filament as low as you can go while still pushing filament through the hotend (filament not slipping on gears while printing). If it's too tight, the TPU will end up wrapping around the gears. I moved my BMG to direct drive and now print TPU at 60-80mm/s, but still have to loosen the tension knob on the extruder when printing TPU.

It's gone. The black color isn't an option, now. I'm 40 mins late.

Five pack arrived yesterday. I usually pay double this price for 1kg spools. I'm printing with the red TPU now, and getting very good results so far on my Bambu X1-Carbon. Great deal.
