Thanks. I might never read it, but it's nice to have it on my digital bookshelf and it feels nice to support the guy. I used to watch all his quality YouTube videos. I didn't know I had digital credit so I only ended up paying $0.49.
man i do want to get better tasting coffee but i'm too lazy to read 224 pages just to get that information.
His content on YouTube is really great if you prefer to learn that way. Not sure how much is different in this book, but I'd imagine it's similar. As for me, only $1.99 is a no-brainer! Thanks OP!
This is interesting, but having 2 young kids, k cups are consistent with my desire for sanity and allocation of time. Maybe I'll get this for when I'm retired and only have two things to look forward to: my morning coffee and dying.

I can confirm that the hardback is really nice to have out if you're on the fence. Content-wise, it's a nice summary of the various guides and YT content he's made.

You could always just pick your favorite kid and free up some time for things like coffee.

👍 Not sure I will ever access either, I tend to watch his YouTube videos also, but with $1.50 digital credit I didn't know I had either hopefully some will flow to James Hoffman.

Key for me is to start with the freshest beans and a good burr grinder, the rest is control: grind size, temperature and time. It's an art and science, but it's not rocket science.
