For beginner entry level wheels everyone will recommend at the *bare minimum* getting a T150 (PS4/5) or TMX (Xbox) priced under $150 used off ebay or some other place they're used condition, and most still function well. Over $150 budget and around $200-300 range, the G29/290 or T300 are decently good for beginners.
