That price is not a slick deal. First of all, anyone who pays that $254 price is nuts. All of this luggage is grossly overpriced. The MSRP is way way too high and sure, it is a suggested price. But I don't think anyone pays that price. Everyone is waiting for a normal sale.

The price you posted is the normal cyclical sale price. It's definitely not a slick deal.
