I submitted yesterday morning for $2 ea. Today it came back for $3 ea, Submitted it again. Now I still have $2 deo offer with no countdown. Maybe they vary

I have noticed them managing offers quite differently in the last week or two.
I got one 40% in grace one item, one 25% full purchase current. To use 25% if I add CG glucerna etc. Will the 40% still apply to highest priced item , bp monitor? I think it would but just to be sure.
I am worried if adding other items like CG and its coupons and Revlon and $4/20 will mess up anything?
Will the order of scanning matter, should I scan all makeup etc and give their coupons, so all the coupons are attached and then scan the bp meter in the end followed by 40% (25% on card)?

Generally going later in the week does not cause me inventory issues but this week every single MMer was OOS save for CG and I only had one coupon so just barely a MMer for me. I was hoping to build up my ECB stash a little this week and buy myself a couple of weeks off by spending down future ECBs. At least I flipped what expired today. If I get out to another CVS I may try again but I'm sorry I waited this week! Just always trying to extend those ECBs out as far as I can! LOL
