I ended up getting the Corsair RAM and I'm going to enable Expo. Now I just need $150 motherboard
If you were building a system with a total budget in mind and you could get a better CPU/GPU/SSD with the difference spent on the lower latency RAM, you'd be better off putting it into those components instead.

When it comes to the latency, having higher from 5600 in a Greta built it will add you more speed or some fps while playing games. Maybe 1-2% more but just on number barely noticiable for you guys.
Bottom line, if you need a memory, this is a great deal. I bought mine for 145.99 at micro center.
Don't take offense but you may be a beginner at pc building. If so, I highly recommend you do some research and use pcpartpicker to complete your build.
But for ram, you would ideally want ddr4 ram with speeds between 3200-3600mhz and under cl18, depending on your preferences and goals.

I meant the 7800x3d.
I've been getting this confused for a while now I'm sorry.
Anyways let's hope this Corsair Ram has Expo settings or it's going back
