"Nest WiFi" = WiFi 5. If you need WiFi 6, look for "Nest WiFi Pro".

This sku has 2 routers (each device has two ethernet ports).

There's another sku (select "Router and Point" + "Two Pack") that includes one router and one Nest Wifi Point (acts as a mesh access point and smart speaker, but does not have its own ethernet ports) for $99.99 (sold by Amazon.com). If you aren't looking to support wired devices with your second device, this version saves you a few bucks.

No, that was the router and point. Only a mansion needs 2 routers :-/ my house is fine with the router & point 2200

Does the status LED ever turn off? I set mine to Off but it still lights up, When I cycle thru Off, Low, High with Home app, the status LED goes Low, Med, High. I can't get it to turn off completely.

I have another set of 3 Google WiFi (not Nest). Those routers status lights turn off completely when I set it to Off.

I had a two router system about a year and a half ago I think? I returned it because the performance was not great in my house. It's nice to see Amazon selling the router and points as an option too. About a year and a half ago the only sold the double router kit because they refused to sell points because The points head Google Assistant built in and it was competition to Alexa.

Anyway, this is a cheap deal, and it was 100 bucks not too long ago, but speaking from experience, you probably want the pro model because it's tri-band.

I ended up going ASUS tri-band and it was so much faster on the heavy load compared to the dual band nest in this deal.

Get what you pay for.
