FLYBIRD Workout Bench, Adjustable Weight Bench Folding Weight Bench, Easy to Use Sturdy Durable for Home Gym Dumbbell Exercise, Red/Waist Version https://a.co/d/ivwNvA7
I went through this cycle and just landed on a rep fitness ab3000. Yes its $329. But its a real tank. Had several of these and glad i didnt die when they gave out during bench pressing (not a lot of weight im 200 lbs and benched 225). Learned lesson. This is a place you do not want to save money. Purely a psa but unless youre only using for very very light weights please be careful and avoid injury get a high quality bench.
Bought this, its not bad but not a solid chair. It wobbles a lot but in 2 years it's never collapsed on me.
Agree. It's Ok for the price but not as sturdy as I'd like. I get a little sketched out and am waiting for something to fail when I roll back for a dumbbell bench press. That being said I have used regularly for over 2 years and have had no failure. Just waiting for a slick deal on a more solid bench to replace it with.
Lolz at the Nautilus bench. I'm bookmarking the Target one and getting it for my daughter when she turns 3 or 4. Hope to convince my wife to convert some space to full power rack home gym by then.
At least somebody gets a bit of humor.
For real, if you actually want some heavy lifting, invest in a proper bench, it might actually keep you from getting f'ed up. If you're staying sub 150#, there are a lot ~$150 benches that will do the deed, but I'd never trust the welds on one that folds in half for storage. Static load does not equal dynamic load. Not to mention that a 15" base provides almost no horizontal stabilization. There's a lot in the $300+ range that look alright, but without seeing them in person it's hard to tell build quality.
Wish you luck on that power rack, but also take caution that they're not all built the same. I'd aviod half cages at all costs. Without a designated spotter anymore, my go to is a smith when I want to test something stupid.

Quite a few of the Amazon reviews claim the bench collapsing on them, with pictures. Not sure I'd trust it.
The trouble is with some of those reviews. They don't share how heavy the person was and they don't share all the weight they were holding on top of that. And with the addition of the force of dropping weights down and lifting up quickly, a 20lb weight suddenly turns into a 50lb weight for a brief moment.
I think it's called being realistic and this bench would be fine

They haven't been working for a couple days on an ultra 23 phone.
