Also $9 seems regular price for that 2 pack. Nice!
Seriously, though, no, they won't, because they have internal circuit breakers, which is rare and welcome for ones this cheap. But they're not going to offer much protection to anything plugged into them in terms of surge or overvoltage protection, so don't plug anything too critical into them like PCs, laptops, gaming consoles, CPAP machines, etc.
