I really mean it. It's possible to hate the effects of capitalism but still venerate it for raising standards that cut past corporate brainwashing. SD is stocked with the biggest concentration of deal-obsessed capitalists who (are supposed to) represent the best of capitalism that simply wants the newest and best things for the least cost: egging on any slacker manufacturer trying to get rich easy, to compete hard. Literally the best thing for tech.

Computer message boards/forums are filled with people motivated by worse things than capitalism and deals: loyalty, ego, tunnel vision, insecurity. Those things all show up here, but not the primary reasons for this destination.

This is actually a pretty good deal if you're in the market to build a new PC and have a MC in your vicinity...

Got in on this at $462 and its a heck of a deal for a screaming setup. Plugged in my existing m.2 drives, gpu, reused cpu cooler, basically got a complete refresh to current gen top of the line for under $500. Cant go wrong if that price works out. Try checking early in the morning, thats when it seems like the price jumps around.

Got the sam's mother board cpu combo for $269 some 6 ago with 16gb ddr5 for $59. So this is not exactly a deal in my opinion at this price.
Missed that one, what deal was that? Do you have a link for it?

For multithreaded heavy lifting (e.g., actual creative work), AMD is still the clear winner for anybody who's smart about this stuff. Intel is popular with the single-core gamer kidz with gun fantasies.
You're funny. What year are you in? It's not 2019.

It seems only Micro Center has these bundle deals. Has anyone had any experience with other retailers running similar deals?
