Is watch 5 pro worth an extra 144 over watch 4 classic?

Basically twice the price. For a bigger battery and losing the bezel, I will not 'upgrade'

could not recreate... oh well. pass, will wait for better deals.
Is it me or what? samsung has had no good deals for 2023, no deals on S23 Ultra compared to the killer deals for the S22 last year.

All Galaxy bud deals were lukewarm too... Samsung... where are all the good deals???!!!

Cannot recreate the discount with samsung at work account and used the samsung shop app. I chose the galaxy 5 watch pro bt/wifi all black. I put in my galaxy 4 classic watch for trade in and went all the way to checkout. I didn't even see a bundle or promotion discount. Guess I wasn't one of the lucky ones for the checkout discount.

Able to replicate the deal with trading in my Galaxy Watch 3 and EDU discount, Total 151.65$. Tried directly on mobile website and after adding to cart, it applied your lucky day discount and signed in after to get additional edu discount.

I also did this exactly. The only sour grape is paying tax on full price in CA, which brought up the total to $187

I didn't have this, but for people who may have had it and missed on it, FYI it's quite easy to cancel orders on Samsung.com even if you had chosen the financing option. You can just cancel and reorder with discount code added.

The decision could be simplified: If you have an iphone, better stick with the apple watch. If you have a Samsung phone, it makes sense to get the samsung watch.

There are many other smart watches other than these two ofcourse. Depending on your needs, those may be a better fit, but for general use, apply the rule of thumb above and you'll be fine.

I have iphone as well as an android but iphone is my daily driver. I just replaced my mac with windows, i no longer use ipad so perhaps i am more open to explore out of apple ecosystem and this asking how are android watches doing so i can change my daily driver to android and thus change watch too

I've only had 1 of 9 over the past 4 years where my trade-in was rejected, but a quick chat to customer service resolved it. just take videos/pics of a functioning device alongside the package slip for proof and you're good.

Watch 4 and on will not work with iPhone due to requiring Google services amd Watch appto be installed on the an iPhone (which it doesn't support). As far as features, their about the same. Heart rate monitors, some auto tracking/health apps, sleep monitor. Where Android takes the win its in its customization. Many Watch faces readily available and most for free. Battery on a Watch 5 pro readily last 3-4 days. My iWatch generally only lasted 2 days tops and it isn't compatible with anything other than iphone
