This is my first ever post so excuse me if I did something incorrectly.
Found this in Bestbuy's open box listing the other day for 1040.99. Went to the store to purchase and the price at the store was $259.99. It wasn't easy to find as they did not have it out on the floor so I had to ask an associate to locate it as it showed they had 1 in stock on Bestbuy web site.
Use the listing to check inventory of your local stores before you go into the store for the hunt

Receipt for proof
Edit:
Price won't show $260 online, it will show $1040, but when I checked out, the price was $260 in the store's system, thus in my receipt, I paid $260 for it.

Man, do people not read the full post?

Most likely you will get downvotes for this post since people did the same when I commented about my find but what you are saying is similar to what happened to me. I bought a 77 inch OLED LG C1 for $740. Online the price showed $845 and I thought that was a steal. When I went in the store, the price was even lower by $100. Not sure why they didn't match up with online but hey cheaper is better.
I'm not sure if this was true for you but for me the lower price was on that digital price tag. Also LG rep at Bestbuy told me that most of the high end TVs on display will be discounted and eventually cleared out for new models so expect a lot more of these discounts are to sporadically show up
Also wanted to add, if this item is still showing up in the bestbuy website with buying options at least one other store in the US has this config available (ex. Used excellent condition). Once all units with that buying option has sold, bestbuy deletes that price and inventory checker for that option from my experience.

I thought $1040 was a pretty decent price but $260 is a fantastic deal so I wanted to share. Funny how the people that down-voted are the ones that didn't fully read the post.
