can we ban hysteria like this? like it's as bad as covid misinformation at this point and I don't even get why. The study states what amount of sugar alcohols a very specific set of people had on a daily average.

While that article has some pretty good points about overstating the effects or amounts of erythritol, the website itself might be a little shady. This from a quick Google search:

ACSH spins science and pitches its services to the chemical, tobacco, pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries.

So, like a paid shill of the science variety.

The 50% coupon can be applied to each of these making this a very good offer. I've tried all of these flavors and like them all.

All of them have Erythritol sadly and there was a recently study that linked that sugar alcohol to a pretty high increased risk of heart issues. Sure, you can find studies that say good and bad about everything but that is a little concerning to me, and I know I'm not the only one who won't touch erith for now.

So many reviews with pictures of these arriving melted, smashed up, or close to the expiration date.

Amazon seems to be getting sketchy to worse with food. I've received kind bars with some kind of white mildew inside the sealed wrappers. Other foods have been massively off-flavor, unlike stuff purchased from B&M.

I'm trying to resist this lemon snack.

I have a real dislike of the whole keto diet fad. As an excessively active person, a keto diet would absolutely destroy me. There's a reason athletes, bodybuilders, etc.. who diet somewhat annually avoid keto like the plague.

just watch your macros, decrease calories. balanced diet, increased protein intake, while strength training and daily basic aerobic activity. Just my .02.
Can confirm. I was fit and strong a few years ago, but weighing in at 190 lbs. I decided to do a strict keto diet and lost 34 lbs in about 6 or 7 months. Initially I looked and felt great. But as months went by, I felt weak, lost all energy and stamina, and noticed hair starting growing very slowly; T levels likely hit rock bottom too. Went from two haircuts a month to about one haircut every two to three months. I'm guessing I deprived myself of a ton of nutrients. Now I'm back up to 170 lbs and on T boosters, slowly building my strength back up. Avoid losing a lot of weight in a short amount of time like I did, not worth it.

34lbs in 6 months is a healthy weight loss speed considering its less than 2 lbs a week. Are you sure you didn't just lose too much weight given your start weight?

These work for low carb, without going all in on keto.....

Not able to get the coupon to appear for the lemon variety. Perhaps the one on offer has sold out already? Seeing it on the other varieties listed, however.

Dieting, in general, is harsh on your body. Being active while on a diet, can be very tough. As you diet longer, your body will turn more and more towards losing muscle. The more active you are, the more you feel it.
