I would need 30 pills to hit 2 grams of EPA a day. This bottle would last me 3 days

This is pretty terrible from a fish oil perspective. Those values are incredibly low compared to other supplements. The CVS pharmaceutical grade fish oil, that's almost always on sale, has like 5 times as much EPA and DHA.

But they dont tell you how much of each one you get...it says 300mg omega 3 - epa, dha and "other". I've always heard that if they dont spell it out for you, then you cant trust it. I dont know...

Krill oil is exponentially more bioavailable than fish oil

Are you maybe talking about something else? You can see the breakdown on CVS's website: https://www.cvs.com/shop/cvs-heal...uId=967346

Thats only half true, what matters is the lab it was tested in and your own reaction. These oil must consume with other oils to absorb correctly.

90% of fish oil is a scam based on independent testing, it gets old fast and they killing fish for marketing purposes.
open a gel to taste and smell the freshness. if it a bitter taste or off, return it.

Now is mostly a quality independent family brand, the isn't clear. Or just eat real cod that you know is 100% loaded with full nutrients not sitting in the warehouse for months or years.
