This is not a blender, but it can blend to a certain extent and it does have a spinning blade. A blender cannot do what this does and this cannot do what a blender does.

Just call or reply in the app, I had that happen with a multi tool at Christmas and I checked again and the refund was in my account
It says online that the shipping and handling are included. It should be cheaper in store. I'm going to check tomorrow.
