Idk if you've ever owned a gaming laptop, esp such as a Legion Pro or are even aware of the hardware and how it functions, but It can still play majority of games at FHD resolution easily, except for the AAA titles which is pretty obvious.

It was a strong gaming laptop last year and the world hasn't turned upside down in just 1 year.

You're getting an amazing screen, a very powerful and efficient, and just a year old processor, but only a mediocre but full wattage GPU for under $750.
A lot of new laptops with garbage screen, mostly half the RAM, have made it to the FP over here for around $650-700.

Pairing the R7 6800H with a 3050Ti is criminal no matter which way you cut it.

Yes, the RTX 3050 ti (esp. at 95w) will crush FHD gaming...but this has a 1600p screen. That's why the combination doesn't make sense. I mean, I'm all for a great screen - just pair it with a GPU that can do it justice.

If it was something like a 3080 price would be like 500 more at the min though

Yep I got this laptop configuration refurb for about $850 earlier this year but don't game at all. This is good for Adobe apps like AI and Photoshop and light video and audio editing. Battery life is decent, tons of ports, and easy to add a second SSD and upgrade RAM.
