This deal is $100 less than the previous FP deal, which I posted as well.

Anyone have any real-world experience with this machine?
I have one from a previous deal and paid $1100. I've had it for about a year. Great laptop, no issues. Use it to game on the go/connect to TV for movies. I got it for the compactness compared to a 15"+ gaming laptop. Fits the bill perfect for me. This is a steal at that price in my opinion.

I got it for $1250 a year and a half ago. It's very lightweight and convenient. The touchscreen is useful for page scrolling. I had bought it to pair it with a Microsoft pen for taking notes, but writing experience is bad, laggy and not precise. If the screen is running at 120Hz , I usually get like 5-6 hours before needing to recharge. The 3050 Ti is sufficient for light gaming. The HDMI is NOT connected to the 3050 Ti so there are some intricacies with getting high refresh rate output through HDMI (Windows connects the external display to internal graphics, a bit of a pain in the butt if you want to game on an external display). I strongly dislike Asus software. There are some irky bugs, like for example, sometimes I'll wake the laptop from sleep and the screen will be rotated and won't rotate back until I put it to sleep again and rotate the display numerous times. For this price, it's a great deal. Keep in mind the newer models have come down to $1000-ish so it's worth considering holding off if you're not in a hurry.
Tempting. It's sad the 3050 is running at 30w, prob not much better than the on board 680m graphics.
it already over heats LOL.. this laptop is a bad product that relies on you spending another 1.5k on external GPU.. might as well just get a desktop and a portable laptop

You have to scroll down to the 'buying options'.
Also, what else do you expect from a thin and light 13" gaming convertible?
