Multiple side trays help you to expand as needed.
This Smirly brand seems to make multiple styles at different price points and has highest number of reviews among those.
Moving tray in the originally listed deal with one side joint worries me more than a pull out tray from under the main tray. My 2c.

I actually bought this item back in the fall for my wife. Her novice skills have made some pretty nice presentations with it.
PS - the ceramic containers are obviously removable so there's plenty of space. Containers don't need to be ON the board for serving.
