I got the 3 pack last winter and it saved my back. Every winter it's always so itchy and the spray lotions were ok but never enough. This was the best just sprayed it over my back and let it drip all over. Occasionally if I was going to wash my towel anyway I would lightly wiggle myself against and it would spread around perfectly. Never an itchy back or need to scratch. I'm still using since it's not quite warm enough yet.
