Its not bad at all, just add a little sliced beef, a few bean sprouts, and some sliced green onion and it is better than most other types of instant noodles but not overly salty like 99% of other instant noodles. Mild and pretty good pho flavor that tastes fairly close to real pho unlike Cup Noodles or Top Ramen which are way too salty and bad flavor which taste nothing like an actual bowl of ramen. The noodles quickly become soggy so eat it as quickly as you can exactly 2mins after adding hot water otherwise they get pretty mushy around the 6-7min mark. I've eating about 22 different pho restaurants in my town but they are all pretty far from me so I found this Snapdragon brand at Vons about a month ago and bought 4 to try them because I wanted something that would help my pho craving without having to drive 20 miles to get good pho, and these were way better than I expected. I was expecting them to be the Vietnamese verson of Cup Noodles but these are much better than that, not as good as something like NongShim Black, but pretty close, just lacking all the toppings so be sure to at least add a little meat and green onions otherwise it is just broth (which is surprisingly good) and noodles so it would probably be too plain by most people's standards.

Comes to $11.60 each with Sub and Save! Love this stuff!
Add fresh veggies, tofu or tempeh, a dash of Mr. Yoshida sauce, sriracha and Furikake, and your set! It's great by itself too, but this makes it a complete meal
I'm Asian… I bought a box of these from Costco. Really nasty stuff. It smells like pho but doesn't taste anything like authentic or even some sorta instant pho. It sits in my cupboard eventually will throw it away. Really wasn't fond of the taste - tasted kinda fake - something is off about this
