What did you use it for? Were they reliable?

Better deal if you don't mind going to a B&M store:

I use it to clean hard-to-reach rusting spots.

I use them to remove Teflon tape from plumbing fittings I'm going to reuse, or cleaning light rust off of bolts, etc. Regardless of brand, the bristles on these will eventually flare and become unusable, so just think of them as disposable no matter where they come from.

A brass brush is utilized for places a steel brush might scratch up. For hardened steel like bolts, or rust removal, a steel brush would likely be a better choice. For softer metals or where sparks could cause a fire, then brass is a better choice.

Nylon and brass are great for cleaning your 2A items. Brass helps remove carbon build up on things like bolts or chamber throats and nylon used on the finishe/blued parts.

I purchased these last year to clean plastic off my 3d printer nozzle, very useful for that purpose (was $5.71 for a 3 pack April of 2022).

Be VERY careful, i left the heater on my nozzle on one time and shorted the heating module cause the bristles found their way to the wires.
