FYI, YMMV but I just bought a Weber spx-435 from Home Depot for $1100, normally $2200. I asked why it was 50% off in the store and she said because it was last year's model. Total steal. Still waiting for the cops to show up lol.

Where I live I don't know if I would want to risk someone trying to steal this. My neighborhood isn't terribly bad but it isn't what it used to be.

Thanks for posting. I was able to grab Genesis in La Mesa, San Diego. They just had the floor model left and a couple of e335s left.
Btw, to get info on the stock I just called my closest costco and gave them the item number from the website and they can tell you if they have it in the store or what's the closest store that has them.

This is a very good deal, frontpage worthy IMO. Costco Cary NC has this and they have 5/6 more. 799 for E335 where to other stores are 1200+. Thank you.

Grabbed an E-335 today for $799 from the Costco in Holbrook, NY. they had about 4-5 left. I asked about the S-435 which they did an inventory check and said no store on Long Island had any.

Still very happy with this deal. Cheapest anywhere else was $1219, so this was a great savings.

Old post but Lexington KY Costco has the E335 (435 OOS) for $799; just purchased one yesterday and there were still 3 left in stock.

EDIT: This model has the large wheels, side burner, and side mount LP tank (with weight gauge) "upgrades" for the same price as the base model. Note this has cast iron grates (and lid) instead of stainless but for the $$$ was well worth it for me.
