Dextrose, Sugar, Palm oil, Soy, Carrageenan, Acesulfame Potasium, Sucralose, Maltitol, etc...
Slap as many of those ingredients in a product as you can, then imply or state that this product is Keto friendly/healthy, then mark up the price accordingly because of the name brand.
This Atkin's product is probably has probably the 'cleanest' list of ingredients I've seen. It only contains Carrageenan, Soy, Acesulfame Potasium, & Sucralose. If you don't mind eating these items, that's fine, but it's basically the same ingredient list as most Walmart Great Value products, which are cheaper.

What low carb powder and also ready to drink shake mixes would you suggest?

I have digestion issues with all the sugar substitutes I have tried except for the monk fruit, & stevia(in small amounts). For whey powder I just use the unflavored ones. I started out using the flavored whey, but my stomach didn't like any of them. I found if I buy the whey that doesn't contain anything, but whey & sunflower lecithin, all my stomach issues go away(isolate or concentrate, it doesn't matter).
The store bought shakes that have 'cleaner' ingredients are expensive, so I usually don't buy them.
However if you want to buy them for the convenience, this website does a pretty good job of listing the cleanest Keto products:

I typically mix my whey with my NOatmeal/keto oatmeal, but there are plenty of recipes online for preparing your own whey smoothies, ice cream, etc.... It just a matter of experimenting & finding something to mix the whey with that you are happy with.
