Lowest this case ever gets however Newegg is charging $9.99 for shipping. Potential price match at other stores YMMV to avoid shipping charge.

Steel Panel Version same price.

Been Gamer Nexus's best stock airflow case for a couple years running now. I'd of splurged the extra couple bucks had I seen it on sale last week before I went ahead and did my kid's build.

This is an excellent case! If you run on air this is arguably the best on the market.

Review photos are mostly users using one PCIE slot and six case fans. Some ppl take RGB really seriously I guess.

Great case. Here are some build pics from my home setup. My biggest complaint is that unlike the Fractal R7 which was my previous case, the Torrent is a LOT of plastic. I wish at it's premium price it was much more metal. Also I didn't know this until I unboxed it but the back side of the case is glass - wasn't expecting that haha. I would have preferred it to just be a metal and the money from it gone to make more of the case metal but oh well. I still like the case even though it's massive.

Note: pics below are the RGB-version of the case - I added no additional RGB to it myself.

Great case fans and filters. We opened up the case a year later and there was barely any dust. The other cases we had would be filled by then.

Best case in the market. Just don't run water, run everything on air. This case with a noctua D15 is the best performing and cost effective pc you can build right now. Hands down.

I couldn't agree more. I built a highend system using this case (except the rgb version) and a noctua D15 and my system performs great, cpu & gpu temps are very low even when over clocked, and fan noise is very quiet. The fans on this case are very very good quality. Normally with included case fans, I usually plan on replacing them, with this case you don't have to.

Also by having the power supply mounted high in the case and not on the bottom like most cases, the graphic card has unobstructed air flow from the 3 included fans on the bottom of the case. My only criticism is that my completed system is pretty heavy, but that is ok because I rarely ever have a need to move it.

This case is larger than those alternatives and has better airflow out of the box. Do you care about size, thermals, noise, or a mixture? If size isn't a concern and the price is relatively similar, get the fractal and turn the fan curves down a bit

The NH-D15 is fine if you want Noctua's reliability and don't mind paying but it's been surpassed in performance by smaller, much cheaper (less than half the price) coolers https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Mm4hyIHe1PM

I've had Lian Li, NZXT, Cooler Master, Antec and others, but after using a Fractal Define S2 and a Fractal Design Torrent Compact. I consider their cases the best. The fans and build are excellent. I never hear noise and never get dust.

Being so solid the cases can be heavy but a lot of things run cooler now so I've never had to mess with water. OCing is kind of irrelevant these days, and my AMD 7nm cpu and 6600xt run cool and quiet. I've never had a case so quiet - dont even think I've ever heard a fan come on..

I did once have some sketchy business with fan controller hub on the Define S2 but found a workaround.

Worth every god damned penny for my 13900k/4090! Didn't consider anything else.
