Like one size is this price. Most of the sizes are 29.99. Don't really see this as a deal worthy of the front page.

I like that these aren't super baggy, and they don't have that cell phone pocket on the leg.

This^. I wear a 34 in all their other pants, but even a 36 is slightly tight in the original 874. The hip area is also pretty tight on these pants, and I have narrow hips. They're kind of a weird fit. i prefer the fit of the FLEX regular fit (not the 874 FLEX).
