I immediately thought it was for garage storage as well. Still actually contemplating it though for using to hold some of my cordless tools.

Good catch. I just came into plenty of sheets of free MDF and will just make a nice cabinet for my tools and it will hold much more than 20lbs.

What the...why would I want a cage on the back? I though ok, it's a lockable unit with grid on a door on the front. It would be useful for locking up things in the garage so the way too much like me kiddo doesn't get into stuff. But this is fugly for in the house.

I mapped out the size of this one, and the 2x2 cubby one that is also on sale for $27 with tape on the wall. The 3 cubes in a row with hooks seems like a decent pickup for use in a small bathroom. Small baskets for tampons, etc. & the hooks for towels. The MSRP is stupid high - but for $22, I'm in for one in the bathroom. Thanks OP. Repped.
