Going to a wedding today and thought: wish I had a new suit. Then boom.
Macy states a drop of 6 which means that I'll get a pant sized 36 along with the 42S jacket if i order.
But i wear 33 pants.
Does anyone know what options I have?

But will a pant 36 reduced to 33 waist still look good?
Definitely not. An inch here or there is one thing, but taking in 3" is going to leave too much space in the front and seat of the pants unless your tailor splits each leg down the seam as well which will be more expensive and make this deal far from slick.
Sounds like these kind of suit deals will never work for me as the pants will always be too large.
Do you know if it is possible to buy two suits in different sizes and return the ones that don't fit?
I understand that it is not a nice way to do things.
