Every review is "collected as part of a promotion." Are these actually any good? 1.7 AH?? What does that compare to with a normal 20v Max battery?

Batteries are overrated
I use these batteries professionally, they are properly rated. They really shine in below 40 degrees and over 90.

In a tool with a low or steady current draw (light, sander, etc) it definitely won't match a battery with a higher Ah rating but in a tool that needs to draw a lot of current (a drill, impact wrench, etc) it punches way above it's weight class, literally and figuratively

Except in really specific cases, most people would be better served with the regular 2.0 Ah and 5.0 Ah batteries. While the 1.7 Ah PS has more power than the 2.0 Ah XR, the 5.0 Ah battery has more power than the 1.7 Ah PS. The only real "reason" for these would be if you want to use them in a power demanding tool but didn't want the size/weight of a 5.0 Ah. Plus you need to be willing to sacrifice a lot of runtime to get it as it won't even match the 2.0 Ah batteries. And in return, you have to pay over double for them vs. a 2.0 Ah.

Oscillating Multi-Tool is the most useful one on the list. I suspect this is their list of worst-selling tools.

These are 1.7Ah... the new flat tech may give you more available amps but will give you 1.7Ah of total energy so these won't last long.
