Can you return the tool, and keep the free battery?

Seems like a good way to stock up on 24v batteries. Order one or 2 of each of the tools keep the 2 free batteries l, and return the tools

Don't see why this shouldn't work but has anyone tried it, or is is listed weird on receipt somewhere so it wouldn't work?
