Got one of these earlier this year also. Great suction and hair not getting caught on the rollers has been awesome compared to my last vacuum, but I've found it's not the most user friendly. Using the extension hose is a bit cumbersome as it's got this weird twisty elastic design meant to keep things together but makes it hard to stretch out and use effectively.

Yes but it has the Tangle-free turbine tool which is worth the same amount of money and might be more useful for some people and the price is lower.

This - turbine is more useful to me to clean the couch and cars than the other basic tools offered here.

is the toolkit worth the lack of convenience vs a amazon/bestbuy return process if there's an issue? also noticed amazon is doing 10% back on your amazon card too... so not sure if better to take the lower initial cost and forego the deep clean kit.
