    This is a crazy price but I can't find any information if these require a can to be installed (I suspect they do based on their design). Nothing about insulation contact rating etc.

    they are retrofit lights. require a existing can light which you can change from incandescent to led using these

    Had these, were great for a while, but one day started spontaneously snapping their plastic crossbar inside the light can. I guess the metal bobby-pin type fitting creates too much upward or downward pressure on the plastic, and it breaks after enough time. Has happened to 3 of the 4 lights I purchased, from 4-7 months of use.
    Sucks because otherwise they are nice and bright white LEDs, or the dim mode with the yellow ring is great to leave on for nighttime visibility.
