I have the CD player slot version of this. It really has strong magnets. My wife even liked it and got one for her car. Make sure you have a magsafe case. You can't use a case which doesn't have magnets. It won't hold your phone up.

Just going to throw a reminder here NOT to use vent-style chargers/holders if you are blowing heat out of the vents (winter).

I picked this one up last June. My only complaint was the fixed direction of the air vent when attached. Took it out of my personal vehicle and put it in my work truck, on the passenger vent, and it's not an issue for me anymore. Works great. Holds on very well.

Excellent deal. I paid 23 back in September 2022. The only thing is be really carefully tightening this thing down. I managed to break one of the horizontal vent slats while tightening.

Strong magnet. Latches on good to my vent. Only downside is that I have a circular vent (Tacoma) and my big ol iphone makes the mount and vent rotate whenever i run over a pothole or something makes the truck vibrate or shake. Other than that good product

If you have the metal attachment behind a case it will not stick well. Must stick metal ring on the exterior of case for it to work
