Any comments on this deal? I feel like this deal is a no-brainer for youngish kiddos.

The necklace requires batteries and the batteries are included. Yay for that!

I'd say it's worth at least that ... It comes with the batteries at least. If you were to go to your local drug store to replace that battery it would cost you more than this necklace unfortunately.
At the end of the day if your kiddo has fun with it then it's definitely worth $1 or in this case $3.
