I use several of these with ip cams. they can provide up to 30 watts per port from a shared 65 watts total. even have one ip cam on a coupled 150' Ethernet run to the far part of the backyard and the ip cam is working as expected.

Seems like a good price. Can this power Unifi 6 Lite?
That would mean I don't need to buy a POE injector for that.
Unifi makes it difficult to figure out which injectors work.

Funny you should ask. I have a 6 lite and was just wondering the same!

I don't see why it wouldn't. This switch provides 30W per port, the 6 lite has a max consumption of 13.5W

Can you plug a few IP cameras into this, run it 200 feet with cat6, and then plug a second poe switch into the end of it to run even more ip cameras?

That's how I have one of my runs setup in my house. Main Cisco POE switch > CAT6 run to my garage (about 150 feet), plugged into a Netgear 8 port POE (both sides plugged into a non-POE port), and 2 cameras running off of the Netgear's POE power.

Anyone who owns this know if it is possible to easily reboot individual ports snmp or otherwise. I have the 16 port version and sometimes when a camera hangs the only way to reboot is to login to through the web GUI, turn off and then turn on POE in order to reboot the camera which is a bit painful. Searched for an app but could not find one - neither TPLink nor third party. Or some hack to have a button on the desktop or home screen that would do the same.

I bought this same switch a couple of years ago. My work shop is 75' from my house and when I built the building 25 years ago, beside power and cable I ran a Cat5 line ... but only one, so when I wanted to add IP cameras to my shop I used this switch. I plugged the one Cat5 cable into my home PoE switch and I was able to add 4 cameras to my system. At this price I'm buying a spare.
