Simply login to the app, click support, then select "offers" --> "t-mobile tuesday"-->"my offer didn't apply". They will then apply a $10 coupon to your account.
Just an FYI - in order to get to "Support" click on the 3 bars in the upper left, and chat with the automated assistant to get the offer.

You might consider adding T-Mobile customers to the title. I take it that is a requirement. Not a T-mo customer and no offer here, but I still looked because I'll try anything this easy for free $10 BK. lol
yeah i dont see it in my offers, and i tried to pretend order something it didnt give me an option to pay with it. But it def did say the $10 applied, ill check again tomorrow.
