Simply login to the app, click support, then select "offers" --> "t-mobile tuesday"-->"my offer didn't apply". They will then apply a $10 coupon to your account.
Just an FYI - in order to get to "Support" click on the 3 bars in the upper left, and chat with the automated assistant to get the offer.

Thanks! I used my TMobile coupon last night too (although I really wanted to use it Saturday night when it disappeared). This will make up for the lukewarm whopper and surly employee I encountered last night as well...
So I just figured this out. I didn't understand how to get this at first. You go to the top left menu, under support choose contact us. Then it pulls up the digital chat bot. Select this is not about a recent order, then offers, then T-Mobile Tuesday, then offer didn't apply.
