Can't speak about this particular lineup but I've been using their Spin 3 for 1.5 years now and so far it has held up pretty nicely.
Only a pair of rubber studs have come off but that's a given considering how much I carry it around.

I have the 500 SE. Never been a fan of Acers but the Triton SE line is their premium tier. Very well built, thin, and light. Noisy fans as expected from a thin gaming laptop.

While I can't comment on this particular model, I bought a Triton 300 PT315-53 a while back, and hated it. The speakers are absolute garbage with tons of distortion, and you have to turn the volume up to like 90% to hear anything. The windows 11 taskbar was already burnt into the screen after only a week. It always got blazing hot, even sitting idle or web-browing. And half of the screen looked bent... although I'm sure this had to have been an optical illusion. I ended up returning it, and getting one of the recent Legion 5 pros.

I am typing it on a 12 year old acer laptop. Some keyboard keys do not work anymore ( does not matter to me , i use external keyboard) and the battery does not last as long as it used to.

I got this a few months ago. It's worked well for my needs. Fan noise can be an issue when gaming but as someone else mentioned that's to be expected in a small form laptop. Headphones fix that easily if it's an issue.
I can't speak to longevity yet but it seems to have solid construction.
If you're looking for a portable laptop with gaming capabilities this might be a fit

The battery doesn't work like it used to on a 12 year old laptop? I'm surprised you can unplug the thing without it just falling apart. It must've been designed by the same engineers who built the Opportunity rover, lol.

I bought an Acer 4820T in 2010 for my wife, and she is still using it everyday in 2023 Big Grin (with an external monitor and upgraded to SSD). I have two much better spare laptops sit in the dust but she always say that one is still good enough for her and doesn't bother to change/upgrade.....
The most amazing thing is that 13 years old shit can still run 2-3 hours on battery Peace, not sure whether it is because mostly being used with power cord plugged in.

I bought this recently and I was pleasantly surprised by the build quality. For 1k I was afraid of something plastic and cheap feeling but it actually has a pretty solid feel to it.

The speakers are garbage though.
