Is this brand any good for SD cards? Amazon has 512gb for $27 and $15 for 256gb.
My 128GB TeamGroup won't work in my security camera without getting corrupted within a day or two. Two different Samsung in the same camera have zero problem.
team is d grade cards disposable quality, 80% fails in 90-180 days.
stick with samsung, sandisk for $18 256gb. They have under 5% fail rate
Where is your data came from ?
80% failed rate vs. Samsung 5% fail rate ?
Your Imagination?
Owned couple Team group branded SSDs and RAMs, none of them were failed, all are working great!

based on over 5 years of reviews, buying d grade flash. these have higher fail rate based on experience. for a few dollars more you get top quality with samsung and certain sandisk.
Sure if you use seldom use, it will last months. Roll the dice.
I write between 1tb to 10tb on cards, not worth it. buy it once right, not twice.
TEAM group is cheap cuz these are factory rejects. instead of toss in trash. its to sold as a cheap discounted spare tire to avoid the landfill.
Had a feeling the price was a little too good to be true. Not a lot of thumbs up is also enough to steer me away.
Have a look at the reviews and other sd members first hand experience the last 2 years.
Usually the c and d grade stuff is disposable quality you aren't saving much. I sample some and can confirm its terrible.
Never had any issue with sandisk ultra, pro extreme, samsung pro cards. i put 1tb-10tb on these cards. Costco would never carry these brands as most will fail within the 90 to 360 day return window/

So, you have no data for claiming 80% failure rate on TeamGroup , only from your imagination . Cheap is only their guilt ...

Not the one you replied to but the reviews alone from the first page are enough to steer me away. Even if there's a warranty in place, I'd rather not go through with that process in addition to data loss now and possibly again in the near future.
