A few things to note:
Well worth it for this price.
As noted above not a light bike (There is no way a smaller person would be comfortable riding it, my wife is 5'1" and her feet come no where near touching to ground)
I'm 6'4" 220lbs and was only comfortable riding it after getting an adjustable stem for the handlebars.
Power is just OK, definitely struggles on the steeper hills and requires me to peddle to make it.
Also, the range is not spectacular (I live in a very hilly area but I'm sure my weight is the biggest factor). 20 miles is a stretch on assist level 3 peddling most of the time.
In hindsight i would have gotten the Ariel Rider Kepler 52v for a little more money.

Was thinking about getting one for my wife and myself, but this won't work for her, and it will be cutting it danger close for me.

For electric bikes it's all about TORQUE plus bike weight & NOT top speed (unless you live in PERFECTLY flat areas).
The stock rad controller torque severely & seriously leaves much to be desired. When I was deciding b/t the radmission & the rad rover 6, I test rode the rover 6 a bunch of times up Grizzly Peak Berkeley, 20%-30% steep gradients for reference. This OP deal is still a decent deal if you hope somebody will make a controller upgrade in the future.
You can get the XP 3.0 foldable for $999. If you want something higher end get the mid-drive Xpremium. I like the Xpedition because it's a cargo e-bike.
